Deja Vu... Week 5 Day 29 - Resist Food Pushers

I'll take a LB any "weigh" I can get it!

Down 1LB from my last weigh in, the scale "little by little" continues to move in the right direction as I'm marshalling all of my resources to get to my ultimate goal of 175LBS.

I'm pretty good about resisting food pushers which was today's lesson from Dr. Beck, but I do need to more consistently use the power of blogging what I'm thinking, eating and doing to make sure I'm more mindful throughout the day with all things eating + exercise, so here goes...

BREAKFAST
Venti 1/2 caf Starbucks with Silk soy milk
1/2* of a ham and egg on a hard roll, 1/2* for a mid-morning snack

*I've really gotten back onto applying "1/2 is more" into all of my daily eating. It works great with "The Beck Diet Solution".
